The Nebraska State Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is an organization made up of athletic directors, assistant athletic directors, and middle school athletic directors, both active and retired. Our stated goal is to provide professional development and support for all members to improve the extra curricular opportunities for students.
Memberships run yearly beginning at the November conference and include a number of benefits. These benefits include insurance coverage, attendance at the fall conference and spring banquet, the quarterly newsletter, and a variety of educational opportunities throughout the year. Nebraska is a dual-membership state, which means that the state dues include membership in the NIAAA.
NSIAAA Spring Banquet
The NSIAAA Spring Awards Luncheon is our annual event that brings together athletic administrators from across Nebraska to celebrate excellence in our state. This special gathering recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication, and service to their schools, communities, and the profession. From honoring veteran administrators to highlighting emerging leaders, the luncheon showcases the impact of those who work behind the scenes to support student-athletes and uphold the values of education-based athletics.
Beyond the awards, the luncheon provides a valuable opportunity for connection, reflection, and professional camaraderie. Attendees engage with peers, share experiences, and celebrate the collective achievements of Nebraska’s athletic community. Whether recognizing milestone accomplishments or fostering new relationships, the NSIAAA Spring Awards Luncheon serves as a meaningful reminder of the vital role athletic administrators play in shaping positive experiences for students across the state.
